A Bit About Me
I am Rupal, a seasoned editor and a proofreader. I have helped both trade and academic publishers with proofreading, copyediting and content developing services across works of fiction and non-fiction.
I have had the privilege to work on some excellent works of fiction and non-fiction. My clientele includes reputable publishers like Oxford University Press, Penguin Random House, Hachette India, HarperCollins Publishers and Scholastic.

Structural Editing
Involves an editor going through the bigger blocks of your work by adding comments and attempting in-line edits so you can further work on the bigger elements of the plot, and enhance characters - if need be!
Copy Editing
Focuses on details like consistency in style, preference of spellings, language used and eventually ensures that the writing is coherent and the thoughts and intentions are correctly delivered.
Proofreading
Ensures that there are no typos, formatting inconsistencies throughout the work, punctuation and other grammatical errors.
